No Power And No Change In Rpm

feels like stuck in same low rpm...either gear settings bad or low battery...are these fixable?

Greetings. The battery pack can be replaced (do note that the pack has 2 years manufacuter warranty). You should be able to obtain other replacement spare parts for the product here
