No Reference Number
I bought a return flight ticket dublin/biarritz (for the 27/06/12 to 18/07/12) which has already been debited from my bank account. However I do not have a reference number for my booking because the computer screen froze and ryan air did not send me an e-mail of confirmation , so i have no proof of the purchase except bank statement. Ryan air UK customer service number always engaged. HELP !
