Bari To Pisa Flight

Booking ref. KQBZ5CI have booked 9 seats from Bari to Pisa on October 8th 2018I need to book 1 more seat for my daughter's husband. i have made several attempts but each it has been declined. WHY!! I made the original booking with no problems. As we leave for Italy in a months time I am getting seriously fed up. Is it because I have already made a booking for 9 people - is that the "cutoff" point???Nancy Burns

Just a suggestion. It is normally very difficult to modify a booking once ordered. However you could try making a new booking for a seat but use a different PC and a different customer name. I.E. the person whose seat it will be. Ryanair remembers when you login from a PC and if you come back later it sometimes alters the price. I've seen it happen.
