Roku 2050x Problem

When I attempt to access a channel like Netflix or Amazon sometimes I get a delay. The delay sometimes seems to lock. So I can press any of the buttons on the remote and nothing happens. Other times after a minute or so the remote seems to unfreeze. Any ideas?
