My Cell Phone (blackberry) Is Dead: Completely White Screen When I Turn It On

No Icons appear, no rogers screen comes up when I turn it on- kust  plain white screen. I just received a call, nit havent all morning until now. People have got a technical service probelm message or it goes right to voicemail. It was working okay at 8 AM this morning.  I have phone plugged into computer for your help directly. I have also taken battery out & SIM card out (put back in now) to make sure connection is clean & all seems ikay.Thanks, Tracy Lettner 647-231-0126 (Number with the probem)
