Why Can't I Put My $100.00 On My Bill After The One Years As Promised?

I just got out of the hospital and Rodgers wants a payment.  I do not own a credit card.  I owe them a measley $100,00, why dont they just put the $100.00 dollars I gave them as security?  I would phone them on my cell, however I get no reception what so ever where I live and have to walk out to the street to talk.  I can't do that right now, due to an injury severe fractures of L1 and L2.  I am too shaky to write a cheque, and I can't drive to the bank yet. Put the $100.00 I was supposed to get back a long time ago, and by that time hoperfully I do not have to crawl up my stairs due to pain.
