SC366 indicates an issue with the TD (toner density) sensor on the cyan development unit. This error could be caused by the developer, the sensor itself, or something else.
Replacing the cyan development unit will typically resolve the issue. There is a chance the code could be caused by something else -- such as a worn-down development drive gear -- but it's not as likely as something inside the development unit causing the issue.
If you replace the cyan development unit and the code persists (after rebooting the machine) I'd recommend having a Ricoh-certified technician take a look at the printer, because the problem is probably something that will require a good deal of troubleshooting.
