How Do You Change Tray Paper Size?

Hi, the process for changing paper sizes varies by machine model. On some models, all you have to do is move the paper fences so that they are snug around the paper, and the machine will automatically detect the paper size.
If your model has a green size dial in each paper tray, set this dial to the correct size. On some machines, like the Aficio 2060, there is a sliding guide in the front of the tray to denote the correct paper size -- if your model is equipped with this slider, set it to the correct size.
If your machine doesn't have either the dial or the slider, and it doesn't automatically detect the paper size, you may have to change the size in User Tools. Go into System Settings and then the Paper Tray Settings tab, and select the option for paper size for the correct paper tray. Here you can set the size and then select OK to save the new size.
