Hi, without knowing if you were able to scan before and without being able to physically troubleshoot the copier/computer/network, here are some possible causes that could be preventing you from scanning:
- The folder you want to scan to is not shared
- The copier and your computer are not in the same workgroup/domain
- The IP address of the computer you are scanning to has changed (if you are using the IP address rather than host name)
- There is a network firewall, PC firewall, router firewall, or security program blocking the scans from going through
- File sharing or network discovery is not enabled on your computer
- The folder you want to scan to is not shared
- The copier and your computer are not in the same workgroup/domain
- The IP address of the computer you are scanning to has changed (if you are using the IP address rather than host name)
- There is a network firewall, PC firewall, router firewall, or security program blocking the scans from going through
- File sharing or network discovery is not enabled on your computer
