Light In Scans

Hi, My last scans in RICOH AFICIO MPC 2800 are appearing with a light straight line in the centre. Do you know why? Best regards, Jokin

A light line is usually caused by a dirty laser shield glass. You can use the long blue brush that's stored on the inside front cover of the copier to clean the 4 shield glasses (one below each PCU) which will hopefully get rid of the line.

If that doesn't fix it, it could be a problem with one of the four developer units.
