Reset Paper Tray
We are getting an error notice on the fax function to reset the paper tray

Check the paper trays to make sure the paper is in there straight and not crooked, and the paper isn't stacked higher than the limit. Especially check the LCT if your copier has one, make sure the paper is stacked straight.
