Copier Keeps Asking For Us To Add Paper, And The Bins Are Full
We have powered the unit off and turned it back on hoping that the system would reset it self, but the above problem is still happening. We have had to resort to feeding 1-5 sheets at a time on the manual side of the Ricoh MP2851 unit

There is a hanging sensor flag in each of the two main trays that tells the copier when the tray is empty and needs paper. If these flags got knocked out of place or broken (from someone opening or closing the tray too hard/fast, or from someone reaching in to remove a jam) then the copier could mistakenly think the tray is empty.
