SC672 can be indicative of many different problems. Most often I've seen that code caused by a bad controller board, but it can be caused by other components as well, including the BICU or BCU board, IO board, a faulty cable, or even the power supply.

With a code like SC672 that can point to many different possible causes, it's best to have a Ricoh-certified technician troubleshoot the issue and diagnose the problem, rather than spending money on parts that may or may not fix it.
