How Do You Print Envelopes On Aficio Mp 2851

Open the bypass tray, located on the side of the printer. Lift the paper guide release lever (located on the side of the bypass tray) and extend the paper guides. Place a single envelope on the bypass tray, then slide the guides inward until they are flush with the envelope. Remove the envelope and lower the paper guide release lever to secure the guides in place.

Place your stack of envelopes on the bypass tray, facedown. Press the "User Tools/Counter" button followed by "System Settings." Navigate to the "Tray Paper Settings" tab and use the "Next" button to navigate to the option labeled "Printer Bypass Paper Size." Use the "Next" and "Previous" buttons to select the appropriate paper size and press "OK" followed by the "User Tools/Counter" button.

Launch the application you wish to printfrom and open your document. Open the "File" menu and select the option labeled "Print." Confirm that the MP 2851 is selected as the active printer and click on the button labeled "Properties." Adjust any of the settings as desired and confirm that the selected print orientation matches that of the envelopes in the bypass tray. Click "OK" to confirm your selections, then press "OK" a second time to begin printing
