Error

I'm using a ricoh printer(aficio mp 201spf). when I print the ducuments they just remain in the queue for a while and give me the error. I tried to delete the printer on the server and add it again but when I enter the ip address of the printer it says the port number already exist, when I tried to delete a port number on the server property it gives me the error saying the port number is in use

Reinstalling the print driver is a good idea. Contact your network administrator to see if you can assign the printer a new IP address, then create a new print driver linked to that IP. If that doesn't resolve your problem, ping the printer to verify that it has a connection, then restart your print spooler service.
