A Rp1748ajvca Unit And Have Had Problems In The Heat Mode.
The unit failed over 9 times last year. The outside unit was replaced and the failures continued. This year it has failed twice already. The installation was by L.M. Wilson Heating and Air, 1753 East Webb Av.,Burlington, NC. This is unacceptable I am in the process of reporting to the Better Business Bureau and looking into what other action needs to be taken to get a working system.This system was supposed to be the top but is the worst we have had.

Please raise a complaint against them in labor court. Their is nothing needs to be done by you. Once you file complaint against them rest labor court will take care of and i am 100% sure they will gonna provide you refund or else they will give you a new unit. Choice will be yours.
