You've Taken The $10 Out If My Account. Why Don't I Have Service?
I started out with the free month of rhapsody & now that theonth is up I want to upgrade. My question is, why did rhapsody take ten dollars out of my account, yet won't let me login. Says I need to upgrade??? Ummm I thought that's what happened when I went through the process to update & they took ten dollars out of my account. Anyone else experience this?
