Cancel Membership And Subscription
I have been trying for last hour to cancel subscription and membership. Guidelines to cancel via 'My Accounting' and all other ways do not work and are a waste of time. I would not have really cancelled if I had not wasted all this time. Greatly frustrated! I had my cost reduced to $4.99 but it got bumped up to $9.99 again somehow. I like the music but do not like having to deal with false guidelines so I will get along without Rhapsody for now.
