Made 6 Attempts To Return The Bachelorette Movie At Two Different Redbox.

6/28/13 rented Bachelorette movie from Adams Street, Mankato, MN Holiday Station location. Within last hour today on 6/29/13 attempted 6 times to return the move at the Holiday Station and also at the Walmart in Mankato. Was unable to do so and "error" message came up. Used correct return with red side facing me and arrow pointing to the DVD slit and slid it in. Failed all 6 times. I don't want a late charge. I wiped off cover  and it still didn't work. took movie out and put it back in , check cover for tight closure, etc. Never had this happen before. We rent movies a lot so we're very aware of the rent and return process.
