Red Box Gave Me Wrong Movie. What Do I Do?

Hi,  I went to the redbox to day, and asked for "We bought a zoo"  but when I went home it was "Iron Man"  I used a promotional code, but I did not get the movie I asked for.  I tried calling to see what to do, but they were closed.

You can try chatting with one of their live customer service people during business hours, or calling their number during business hours, but also a good way is to try to send an email to their customer service and explain the problem, asking for a refund or free movie rental code. Be patient. It may take a few days to hear back from them. They may ask for more information, so keep all reciepts, emails, information about your transaction, then give them any information you ask for and eventually you should have it sorted out and be reimbursed for the error. Be patient and don't give up. Good luck!
