How To Return On=line Purchase
Battery purchased for cordless phone is too small. No packing slip or order number was provided. Called Radio Shack customer service and the shipper they both told me to submit the problem on-line --- so here it is. If I don't receive a satisfactory response, I will contest the credit card charge.MARIE Shelton>
