Having Trouble Programming Radioshack 3 In 1 Rem. Mod.15-2147 To Apex Dig Le1910
New batteries, followed directions in manual, used codes 0748, 0765, 1943, 0879. Blinks twice after 0748 & 0765 but doesn't turn off.

Hi, check this version of the instruction manual. It may be newer -- it has 8 codes listed for Apex Digital, so hopefully one of them will work.
