I Just Am Trying To Hook Up The Cable To A Different Tv In My House - Need Help!

I hooked up the cable from my old TV to a new one - and am getting a RCA screen that says "RCN Video on Demand ...press OK or Select to get started" - nothing happens when I press OK on my RCN remote. Please help!!
