Booking Cancelled
Last April I booked a Points week in California and it was confirmed. About 3 weeks ago an RCI agent phoned me and informed me that that the owner cancelled my booking.I questioned the agent as to how the owner was able to do that as RCI has rules as to booking times for owners at home resorts and as far as I was concerned the owner did not do that. His answer was "I don't know", but would find out.To date I have not been given any answer. Also, he has been unable to book a suitable replacement week.
