Battery Compartment Cover
I just opened my new headset and started reading the instructions. I feel like a dummy because I couldn't perform the first step. The battery compartment cover will not turn. I have tried to push on it, pry it open and, of course, using the finger depression, tried to turn it. It will not move. Any suggestions?
