Another Rca Th1814 Support Question
after trying all the suggestions, listed here i am still no closer to a soloution than i was earlier, i dont know whether to contact rca for specific remedy, my mp3 player is out of warranty and i dont want to have to get a replacement, im using windows xp have 4 gigs of ram, am on a lenovo desktop and have all the upgrades,patches,add ons etc, to make my system completely secure, have the most current antivirus/malware software installed and upgraded as well, my predicament seems pretty bleak, is there anything no matter how remote i can try to not only get the player to be recognized but to allow me to install any software ive downloaded dircetly from rca, im seriously at the end of my rope,and this is a last ditch effort and appeal for help...
