How Do I Open My Documents In Rca Th18414-a?

I tried insering the usb of the player but i can not read the documents or the songs i have in my mp3 player. How am i suppose to open it?

There might be a problem with format of the song files you are trying to play. Make sure that the file format of the MP3 files are compatible with the player. If you cannot open the documents or folders, it might be corrupted. The best thing you have to do is to download or save the files again to your player and try to play.
