Dvd Drive

My system won't read or play. It just ejects dvd. I have to take it off of dvd for the drive to close. It came in a used motorhome we purchased.

The problem is in your player for sure. I am not sure if it can really be fixed without bringing it to a service. It is best to contact whoever you bought it from. Especially if you did not know that the error would happen.
