Rs2768ie Cd Options Not Responding
my system works fine with all other functions, but when I try to use the CD source I can't eject the tray, play the discs or change the discs via the "disc skip" button. I've tried to unplug the system for a day and then see if it will work the next day, and I've tried to change from source to source as the manual suggests. Nothing has worked. At this point, I just want my CDs out of the tray. How can I get the system to eject the tray?

Hi. It sadly sounds like the CD mechanism will require professional service from the given description.
