I Hit A Wrong Button And Now My Rcrn04gr Gives Me A Black Screen For One Channel

Hello. My tv had 80 channels. I hit a wrong button and now it has 79 with one having a black screen. How do I get it back? I may have hit the vcr but I can't undo it. Thank you.
