My Drc99392e Rca Portable Dvd Player Won't Work.

When I looked at the manual you have here it's different than the one I have. For one, the buttons are in different places. I'm thinking the 'E' makes a difference. Help!

They may defer a very little bit on specifications but same in operations and troubleshooting. it wont work' is it because it won't turn on or it won't read a disc? Please repost your question with more details. Make sure you include the model number again on your new question.
