Not Getting More Digital Free Tv Channels

Hello, I live in Mexico border just miles from the USA California south border, very close to El Centro, CA (about 15 miles), Brawley , Imperial (20 miles) and Indio, CA, also close to Yuma, Arizona too (about 70 miles) I bought and installed the RCA ANT700R up on the roof of my house (one floor house) intend to get more free digital TV from this places in USA (is very common to get them down here in the border) but I just couldn't do it.. I just recieve the same 3 or 4 channels from Mexican digital TV but the american.. eventhough many people here do recieve them with antennas similar to this one.. It is something about the installation? Do I need to make some adjustment to the antenna? what should I do? thanks very much
