This model number is on back of tv but does not show up on any RCA sites. I need a remote for it.

You can order the remote from the TV model number: use the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/rca/customer-service. A universal remote, however, available at an electronics store or even at a drug store, will probably do the job and should cost much less.
