How Do I Get My Answering System To Pick Up My Call Waiting When I Am On A Call?
When I am on a call and another call comes in it just rings and rings and doesn't get picked up by the answering system. How do I set that up?

I see no way that this unit can accomplish that feature.
Use the Flash button to activate custom calling services such as call waiting or call forwarding, which are available through your local phone company.
