How do I transfer Quicken 2007 deluxe files to Quicken 2010?

need help transferring quicken 2007 deluxe files from old computer to quicken 2010 in new computer using portable iomega hard drive. I have tried, Dell has tried and no success. dell says to call quicken for tech support. Can you help me?
