Program Hangs Up On Closing

Program was working fine unitl latest update. Now on closing the program it closes but windows reports the program is not responding and it is looking for a solution.There were no problems before the latest update. I have uninstalled the program and reinstelled it, but the problem persists. Any suggestions?
