We Purchased A Wireless Adapter From Verizon For Our Landline, And When We Insta
plus Verizon Wireless service. We transferred our landline from Quest to Verizon Wireless System. After a period of time, we became dissatisfied with the Verizon system. We attempted to plug our phone into the landline jack and were unable to obtain a dial tone. We want to resume using Quest as our landline provider. What procedures or protocols do we have to do to obtain this?

You will have to contact Quest Diagnostics support center Call 866-MYQUEST (866-697-8378) and select Option 2.
