When Is Qantas Going To Refund Me The Cost Of My Cancelled Air Tickets ??????

My booking ref. 43LJHI, was canx. due to trading stop by Qantas on 30-10-11 and hotel accommodation in Darwin A$ 1,881,00, I was promised refound within 5-6 working days to-day is elapsed 22 days and no refound recived nither expenses compensation of A$ 350,00 . I have tried to contact Qantas on 131313 after 2 hours on the phone last friday I gave up.I am a foreing visitor with my Son and we need the money URGENT to continue our planned holiday. THIS IS DISGRAFULL FROM A NATIONAL CARRIER, I CAN NOT BELEIVE THAT THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH SUCH INJUSTES " I hope this page can help with our legitimate complain of such abuse and thank for allow us to show our deep frustration.
