System Error 1 Message. After Rebooting, Still Get Error Message.

Device was working normally until the screen went blank and music stopped. The message "system error -01 came up. Turned it off. Turned it back on with through the 1-4 sequence. Worked less than a minute and it shut down again.

How do I reset my stereo?

Remove the faceplate from your car stereo.

Press the RESET button on the front panel using a pointed object, such as a ball-point pen.
