Record Player Issues (arm Is 'stuck')
The record arm is "stuck" ... it stiffly resists any attempt to manually place the needle on a record. Forcing it down on a record results in sound, so everything seems to be in working order, but it springs back when you take your hand off. This makes me think there's some sort of auto-action the record arm would take to place its needle on the record, but I'm at a loss as to how that might be done. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
