Buttons Not Responding

I have installed my pyle stereo, and the display is on (showing 12:00 am) but the buttons are not responding. I have pushed the rest button, but still no response

I Installed This Unit In Mt 2003 Lincoln Navigator. The Volume Will Not Crank. I
