Display Will Not Come On!!

I was at the store and when I started driving, I noticed the rear view camera was still on while I was driving forward? So I turned off the unit to see if that would help reset the unit, but was not able to get the display to start up after that. A error "system error - 02" will display at the very top of the screen, but that is it.
