I Moved Into A New Home A Year Ago And Applied For 'on Line Bill Pay'

Now I don't receive a bill at all, I can't view my account on line because it says the account does not exist. I have to wait for the "Late Notice" to pay that arrives the day before the power is turned off, and sometimes after! Progress Energy no longer offers "Customer Service" any more. It has been about a month since I last paid and the power will be turned off any day now. Is it not possible to start a whole new account? or can I over pay so there is a credit? I just want to get a bill with a reasonable "Due Date" so I can pay my bill and stay current. And not be embarrassed with the power being turned off AGAIN! Please! Please! HELP!!
