Refund For Debitting My Card More Than Once For Items On Onboard Account
Cruise No.A230 Grand Princess 5-22 October 2012.
On checking my Debit Master Card Account when I returned from this Cruise I found that I had been debitted twice for 229.50 for an item that I had purchased on Board during the Cruise.
A straight debit of 229.50 plus this charge was also included in the Final Bill for 301.23.
I have been in touch with Customer Service regarding this but I am not getting anywhere. Please Can you help.
Apparently debit Cards cause more problems than Credit Cards

Write a certified letter to Princess at: 24844 Avenue Rockefeller, Santa Clarita, CA 91355
Then if necessary dispute the charge with your card issuer.
