we paid in full for our cruise which leaves Sydney on the 16 th nov 2016, we deposited cash into the Anzac bank in Sydney , princess cruises said the money goes into one account. , they have not located our full deposit as yet , we deposited on the 19 th nov. . They have sent emails to the accounts department. But are getting nowhere , our cabin is being protected. But we are getting anxious . As everytime we phone. They send a email off .
