Can I Have My Tickets Sent To Another Address, Than My Credit Card Address?

Priceline does not mail actual, physical tickets. You will get what is called an "eticket." You simply get a confirmation code, and when you show up at the airport, they use your ID in order to look up your electronic ticket. So, in regards to your question, the billing address on your credit card does not matter-- so long at the ticket name and ID name match.
