Changing Flight Days.

I was to leave on the 22 of Nov., there was a family emergency and would like to leave on the 19 Nov. instead. How can I change this flight without paying another $300.+.

You are wanting to trade a week-day flight for a weekend flight for those dates, so it's incredibly unlikely. If you need to get their earlier without penalty, try taking off a day early from work and leaving early Friday morning, or even Thursday evening on the 18th. You'd miss a day of work, so you'd have to figure out which was the less expensive option for you.

Try calling their customer service expressing that you love flying XYZ, but have run into a problem with your flight schedule due to a family emergency and wonder if there is any possible way you might be able to get an earlier flight without penalty. You may have to be flexible with dates and seating. If they have a midweek flight that is not yet full, they may be willing to work with you, especially if you are booked for a flight that is more full already. Around the holidays, flights closer to Thanksgiving are in higher demand, especially those close to Thanksgiving.
