I Found A Better Price!

Tonight I was on your site to name my own price.  I keep hearing how you beat all prices.  I found my flight cheaper on a public website AlligiantAir.com, round trip ticket was $300.00 with out a deal offered.  Your best price you gave me was around $345.00, and I was told this was a % under the typical advertised cost.  Further more, if your after hours reps can not speak English well I am not sure why you have them.  Most customer service offices keep hours sooner than do this to there customers.  I have used your services in the past for my family and friends, I was never disapointed.  Till now anyways.  I hope your customer care and service imporves.  This seems like a great company, but it's customer care service needs help.  Thank you for your time.
