Check Engine Light Is On No Power Lost Replaced Front O2 Sensor Hooked It Up To

scan tool showed mis fire replaced plugs spark plug wires I disconnected pos. side battery post and light went off then came back the folloeing day what else can it be? cat seems ok no smell
