Can't Open Or Close Pass. Wind With Switch , S On P Side Up Only Motor & Sw Goo

I can't open or close the passenger window from drivers side switch. Passenger side switch will only close window. The duel switch on drivers side is checked good , the motor on passenger side is checked good . The lock switch will close on both sides but only open on passenger side. What to try next .
